The gentrification paradox you mention is so real. When creatives and artists revitalize an area, they inadvertently price themselves out. I saw this happen in Brooklyn over a decade. Madonna's endorsement will probaly accelerate it in Margate. Curious how local councils could balance preservation of the existing community with inevitable growth.

My other album I bought around that time - maybe a bit earlier actually because it was a record - was now that’s what I call music 6!
